labelled graphic query
Hello
We have built a Module in Rise 360 with a moving image labelled graphic with hotspots. This moving image file exceeds 20MB (gif). Is there a way to keep the hotspot functionality and reduce the size of this block. Can we replace the moving image with a static image. It's the lowest video quality possible so it would be great to find an alternative. I am new to RISE 360 so I hope someone is able to help today.

Have you tried optimising your gif using something like Photoshop to reduce the filesize?
Failing that, yes, you could change the gif to a static image, I usually use a PNG in my labelled graphics.
