Latest version not supported
Hi, how can I go back to a previous version of storyline? My office PC is too old (I usually work on my laptop).
I have searched and I can't do what has been previously suggested here "select the Articulate 360 icon on your desktop > select the dropdown arrow next to Storyline 360 > Select Other Versions... " I can't even open the menu, my PC is that old!

If you suspect your PC is too old to open the Articulate 360 desktop menu, I suggest checking if your device meets the minimum system requirements.
Unfortunately, if the PC cannot handle the app, you may need to consider using a different device that can support it.
However, if the specifications I shared do align with those of your PC, and you're still unable to access the desktop menu please connect with our team through a support case.
