Layers and backgrounds being weird since Mar. 2025 Storyline Update?
Sadly, it's every project I'm working on right now (5 different projects). The play button has been dropped on all of them. I'm pretty sure the update cause this as they were fine before it.

Sorry to hear you've encountered erratic behavior while authoring your Storyline files. Glad to see Kelly has been helping you!
If you've confirmed all files are stored on your local hard drive, and a repair of your Storyline installation doesn't do the trick, it's possible something else could be getting in the way.
A helpful step in identifying Storyline bugs is through regression testing. First, please try temporarily downgrading your Storyline installation to the previous version. Then, open the files that are giving you trouble, and observe if the same issues are occurring. If the same behavior cannot be produced in the previous version of Storyline, please connect with our team through a support case, so we can have a closer look at your .story file.
