Layers pane not showing
I have tried looking for the double T to drag the pane and I still can not find my layers pane in storyline 360.

It sounds like you might have undocked the Layers panel, which means it could be behind other windows. If that's the case, just go to the VIEW ribbon, and click Redock All Windows. All the panels will go back into their default positions.
