Learner Course Progress
Hello! When our learners work on a course and need to exit before finishing, it doesn't save their progress for the next time they access it. Is there a setting within the course to fix this?

Which LMS are you using?
Are you publishing the courses with the Exit course link enabled?
I'm using Rise 360 and our intranet which is through Claromentis. No, it doesn't have the exit course link. I don't see that option in the course.

I'm not familiar with Claromentis. Is it classified as a true LMS?
When you publish your courses, do you publish for LMS or Web?
If you publish for LMS, the Exit Course Link appears at the bottom of the Export page.
