Reach 360 not saving learner's progress from one device to another
Hi there,
Is anyone having trouble with Reach360 not saving a learner's progress from one device to another? Our course requires learners to watch videos and pass quizzes to progress in the course. Our learner logged in at work and completed two modules (videos and quizzes). She went home and logged in, but none of her progress was saved. It was as if she had not completed the modules at work. Is there anything I can do on my end?

Sorry for the trouble! Do you know if other users had a similar issue as well or was it just this one user?
Additionally, if they were to log back in at work, do they see their progress?

Hi Lauren,
It has only been one user to my knowledge. She was able to see her progress when she logged back in at work.
Is there any way for me to see a more detailed breakdown of what parts of a course a user has completed in the report? All I can see is how many modules they viewed and the time.
