Learner marked incorrectly as "Successful" when failing a knowledge check

Does anyone have an issue where the Learner is marked as "Successful" even though they have failed the knowledge check at the end for a Rise360 (using Saba Cloud)?

LMS Publishing settings from the Rise360 are set to "track using quiz results from knowledge check" and reporting is set to pass/failed. Knowledge Check settings are set to 90% is passing.

If I go in and take the quiz it will mark the course as "Successful" in LMS regardless of quiz score. Could there be something in the Rise360 settings causing this? Can't find anything in the LMS reporting that would be causing this.

    Thanks for reaching out! 

    • I can see the correct score in the progress tab is listed as 50 in Saba. Do you receive additional information if you click on the VIEW RESULTS button? 
    • What publishing setting are you currently using? (LMS settings in Rise 360 are: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC, xAPI, cmi5)

    Additionally, I recommend contacting your LMS administrator to get clarification on what data the Successful marker is pulling from.
