Learners Getting Stuck in Articulate Courses (in LearnUpon LMS)

Hi Stan! We have made some progress. We insert this visual disclaimer into all Articulate courses in our LMS, and we have alerted both Articulate and LearnUpon (our LMS) about this issue. We have seen these instances decline by 99% in the past 3 months, and now rarely receive notices that learners are stuck. And when they are stuck, 99% of the time it is learner error. So, I'm not sure as to the exact solution, but this problem is largely resolved for us.

Hi Erin, thank you for the visual disclaimer, that is excellent. Yes, nebulous indeed. My team and I can't find any patterns in the data. Hopefully we experience what you did with the 99% decline.
