License assignment

Hi,

I have a request to replace a license assigned to XXX@YYY.COM and assign it to a new email ZZZ@YYY.COM . as this ZZZ is not yet assigned , how can I manage contents from XXX to be re-assign to ZZZ

    Hi Thierry,

    I recommend exchanging the account data from the account X has. Just log into the account of X, change the name, e-mail and all you want. First save the changes and after saving press the "reset password" button, so you can change the password too. Z will get an e-mail to change the password. Now Z has the account and all content in Rise and Review from X.

    Sadly there is no other way yet. Otherwise Z needs a license and you have to add this person to all courses in Rise and transfer the ownership, if you want to remove X completely. Or when Z has a license and you remove X from your team, you can transfer the content to Z BUT as far as I know only Rise courses and not Review content. So I think the first method is better, as long as X is leaving the team etc and never need access to this anymore.
