Licensed music clips for Storyline course

Aloha, Does anyone have advice on a good source for music clips that are properly licensed to use in courses for clients?  I prefer per unit purchase but subscription fees are possible if the sound can continue to be used after the subscription ends. Are Adobe Assets the best option?
