Purchasing the license

Hi, my trial version is about to end. I plan to purchase an annual license. Would appreciate if someone can share with me  the difference between getting the license from the website directly versus getting from a appointed sales agent?  (Eg: better after sales service? ) I tried contacting the sales agent and the replies has been very tardy.
