Lightbox items not being marked as complete even if learner has completed the slide
I have a course that has several lightboxes and I'm running into an issue where once it's uploaded to my LMS, even if a learner goes through all the portions and the main parts of the course are marked completed, the Lightbox portions aren't registering as completed and so the course isn't triggering as complete in the LMS and the "final exam" isn't available. I'm not sure if this is a Storyline issue or an LMS issue. The course itself is functional, all the triggers work and go where they are supposed to. It's locked navigation. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to troubleshoot. I'm working in Relias LMS.

I'm assuming you have your publish settings set such that they need to view 100% of the slides. Is the lightbox slide in the course menu (sidebar)? If not, you could change your publish setting to Slides in Menu instead of Slides in Project. We often have lightbox slides with accessibility or navigation instructions, but we do not include them in the menu, instead we place them as their own player tabs. This way we can adjust the dropdown to when the learner has viewed 100% of slides in menu which will then ignore the lightbox slides.
Thank you! I'm going to try that, and hopefully that will solve it. Currently lightboxes are part of the menu, but easy enough to remove them!
