Lightbox without pausing the timeline
My project requires quiz questions to appear in a lightbox. The quiz must also be timed with the time remaining displayed. Ideally, I’d like to avoid pausing the timeline and display the timer there...

Hi, the link you posted no longer works and I'm facing the same issue. I use the lightbox to make a logbook appear for the user but I don't want the content on the main slide to pause. Could you help me figure out a solution?

Thanks for reaching out! I did want to confirm that this functionality is not currently possible in Storyline 360.

You can control the timeline to be resumed or paused only if you are working on the layers

I hope this helps!Hi! Thank you for reaching out. In fact, I have found a workaround using variable to unpause the video I had on the main slide as soon as the lightbox opens. I will soon publish a tutorial on my linkedin to explain how I did it.
