Linking button blocks to another block

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to link a button block to another block within a lesson in Rise rather than only being able to link to another whole lesson. I found some old questions asking this and it wasn't possible at the point (which was over 2 years ago). Alternatively, is there another way to link blocks within one lesson? Using the continue divider option is not the answer as they only appear the first time a course in completed and I need something that stays visible no matter how many time a course is accessed.

    Blocks don't have specific URLs, so there's no built-in way to link from one block to another. (There may be a way to do that in JavaScript, but it'd take a lot of programming.) 

    If someone needs to review a previous block, they'll have to scroll to it.
