LMS showing initial fail even after subsequent pass
Hello,
I am helping one of our employees troubleshoot his course. There is a 5 question quiz at the end. We set up the triggers so that the results should only be submitted if the employee passes the quiz. Otherwise, the trigger is set to reset the results and prompt the employee to retake the quiz. Picture is attached for reference.
There seems to be a miscommunication with our LMS, however. When testing the course, I intentionally fail the quiz the first time, and then pass it the second time around to see how the LMS responds. You can see in the attached image that the LMS reports the updated passing score or 80% or 100%, but still shows the initial Fail in the Pass/Fail section. Does anyone know why this might be happening and how we might be able to resolve it?

The first thing I recommend doing is testing the behavior of your course in SCORM Cloud. A behavior that's specific to your LMS will need to be checked by its support team.
If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, try changing the reporting options to see if this helps. Some LMSs interpret reporting options differently, and switching between options to find one that works best in your LMS is something you can test for:
