Low on Memory?! Cant save!
Got this message when saving:
The project file could not be saved.
Your system appears to be low on memory. Please close any other programs and try again.
I have 12GB RAM, 3GB used 8GB Free! ...

It sounds like you've tested out a number of the above options to troubleshoot, so at this time I think the next step would be for you to submit a Support case and then our team can test your files.
