Low on Memory?! Cant save!
Got this message when saving:
The project file could not be saved.
Your system appears to be low on memory. Please close any other programs and try again.
I have 12GB RAM, 3GB used 8GB Free! ...
Hi Michael, I'm happy to help you straighten this out. Can I have a little more information on your set-up?
- Are you on the most recent update of Storyline 2?
- Are you working from your local C: drive?
- Have you closed down other applications or programs that could be drawing on the system memory?
If your answer is "yes" to all of those questions, I'd want to connect you with our Support Engineers. They'll work with you one-on-one to get you up and running smoothly again!
I appear to have resolved the issue by unloading and reloading the software.
I have not had the problem again since.
