Major Storyline Audio Playback Issues
Hello everyone,
Happy to share that we've just released a new update for Articulate Localization!
In our latest update (June 9, 2026), we've included a fix for:
- After publishing a multi-language project to an LMS, text-to-speech audio in the source language was out of sync.
You'll need to be working with the latest version of Storyline 360 (Update 119) to take advantage of this fix. Launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer, and click the Update button next to Storyline 360. You’ll find our step-by-step instructions here.

looks like after the update, the problem now affects videos instead of audios

Sorry to hear that videos from Storyline are not loading in the published output.
I see that you've also opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Mcgem. It looks like he replied to your email with an upload link you can use to share your affected files for testing.

Checking for updates is always a smart move when unexpected Storyline behavior pops up.
Do you mind sharing more details on the specific audio playback issue that you're seeing? We are tracking a bug in Storyline that causes:
- Triggered audio does not play when previewing the audio file from the Slide Timeline
