Maximise use of Screen Real Estate in E-learning Sims Question

I make a recording using Snagit of all of the steps. Export PNGs so that I have them as a reference when I recreate the screens in Illustrator (using artboards that are exactly the same size as the SL project). I do this because we have to redact so much PHI and PII related to healthcare.

From Illustrator, I export a SVG/PNG (I prefer SVG, but sometimes there's a glitch), then import it into Storyline and add triggers for what should happen and also feedback for incorrect choices (often animations).
