A Rise course developed with someone else's license is showing in my dashboard
Today I was informed that someone who is not even on my team, doesn't have my login into Articulate 360 published a Rise course to the Review dashboard and it's showing in my Rise Review dashboard, with my name as the author. I never developed this course.
Two questions:
- How could this have happened?
- How do I give this person back ownership?

Further, this person can see all of our team project folders. Yet he is not on our team. Several of his Rise courses are showing with my name as the author.

Best to open a Tech Support Case.

How do I do that?
Hi cynthiaLyons!
Glad to see Karl has been helping you!
Great move on opening a support case. I see my teammate Mcgem is handling your case. You're in excellent hands working with him and he should be following up with you shortly!

I was sent a link from Karl. But the link only takes me to the Submit a Case page. Can you help?
Hi cynthiaLyons,
It looks like my teammate, Mcgem, sent you an email last night with additional information. You can continue troubleshooting with Mcgem there. If you didn't receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder, and then let me know if you still need help!

Further, I just found out that slides from a completely different course I developed were in the course that my colleague developed. Something weird is going on and I hope you can help.
Hi cynthiaLyons,
Sorry to hear that the issue is still ongoing. I've shared the additional details with McGem so he can review what's happening!
