Media within Markers

This is a 2 part question.

1st- It seems I need a trigger for the video I have added within my marker 19. As of now when the video completes the layer pauses. I would like it to return to the same layer then use "when the media completes and all the markers are visited...." option as a trigger.

2nd- Why isn't the media within the marker on the timeline or labeled anywhere?

I have similar setups on other slides with multiple markers. If a marker that triggers a jump to a layer is selected after markers WITHOUT triggers, my conditional triggers won't work i.e. "change state of CLOSE button to normal if all markers are VISITED.
