Migration from Flash to SCORM

We have three very old courses that are Flash-based and packaged in SCORM 1.2. We would like to convert these existing Flash courses to SCORM. To view the Flash content, we tried using Ruf...
There is a Flash player.exe out there that you can use to watch old Flash files. You have to have the published folder locally, it would open the files from a URL.
From there you can do screen grabs or OCR text grabs to pull the content and create new courses.
