Missing Feedback in Review 360

My COO submitted comments to a Review 360 course. Each time he was told that I would be notified. I did not receive any emails that there was feedback. I went to the site and there is no feedback there from him as well. I have checked all the versions and none have comments from him. Any help would be appreciated.

I have looked through these to no avail:
Review 360 comments missing | Articulate - Community
Review 360 - Feedback disappeared | Articulate - Community

Neither helps. I have opened a support ticket. I am just reaching out to anyone because he is going to be pissed. Thanks in advance! :)

While it may be that one of you will be eating some humble pie, I would reach out and do a quick "show me what you are doing" session over whatever videoconference platform you all use (Teams, Zoom, etc.). It's possible that he or she was looking at the course in your LMS, which probably doesn't allow for comments; or that there was some link that broke; or maybe aliens took over the corporate network or something while he or she was trying to review the course.

When I send courses to review to People Who Sign My Paycheck, I try to ensure that they understand how Review360 works, and then offer to walk them through a quick overview to ensure that they see what I expect them to see.

    Good luck...

  • Hi, HunterBlake!

Great call opening a support case. I see my teammate, Phil, is working on this, so they'll be in touch shortly via email.

Phil said he is not able to find anything so have my COO reboot and try again. Not the message I want to give to him especially since other people had this happen a couple of months ago. Any other ideas? I have tried uploading a new version to see if that would make them show.

    Hey J!
All of these are great things to check. We have been using Review 360 for over a year and done a few classes in it, so everyone is fairly aware on it. Also the class is not on the LMS since it is in review but good idea there too. I have thought about user error, honestly. I was thinking it hard until I saw in the forums that others were having the same issues as well.

    Thanks for the ideas!
