missing HTML5 folder in Rise Scorm 2004 causing error in Cornerstone
I published this training last year with no issues. I just made some minor updates, and now I get error stating the HTML5 folder is missing.

Hi, Brenda! I'm sorry to hear you're running into this issue when publishing your Rise course. Are you getting this issue every time you publish a course for LMS? Have you tried publishing your course for SCORM 1.2 instead of SCORM 2004?
You can also try uploading your courses in SCORM Cloud and see if you encounter the same issue. If your content works properly at SCORM Cloud but not in Cornerstone, you can open a support case with Cornerstone. They’ll know how best to help with LMS-specific problems.
If you encounter the same error in SCORM Cloud, please send us a copy of your published course using this form, and we'll take a closer look at what's happening. Thanks!
