Moddle not receiving data from storyline scorm 1.2 correctly
Hello ,
I have uploaded a Storyline scorm to use in Moodle.
The majority of users have been through the course and passed the test at the end with no problems. But we have had more than a few get stuck. They always get a suspended report and a score of 10. They have sent screen shots proving they have 100% on the test but moodle never updates

Im wondering why its for some and not others, any help is greatly appreciated

Is it the same learners failing every time, or does one learner sometimes record and sometimes not? Random points to learners closing the window right at the end, before the course sends its last data. Consistent points to Moodle's grading setup: check the SCORM activity's Grading method and Attempts settings. If it grades first attempt, anyone who relaunched has their pass sitting on an attempt the gradebook never reads.
