Modern player not resizing when published in LMS

Hi,

I'm using the modern player, and the resize player works when I publish in Review 360, but it doesn't work in my LMS. I notice most when trying to maximize the video player. My LMS provider asks us to publish  in SCORM 1.2, and to maximize the course player. Since it didn't work, and I've tried publishing in 2004, 4th ed, and also published without maximizing the course player  - but still the maximize in unresponsive in the player (both course and for the video player). Is there something I should additionally be communicating to my LMS provider re. settings? or is there something else I can do to make this work? I really like to player and would like to be able to publish with it. Thanks!

  • Hello Melanie,

    Happy to help!

I tried publishing a simple slide with a video and uploaded it to an LMS, and I can confirm that I was able to both resize the size of the course window, as well as toggle the full screen button of the video. Here's the link that I used for testing.

As a troubleshooting step, please try testing how your course behaves in SCORM Cloud to see if the behavior you're experiencing is LMS specific. If it is, you'll need to work with your LMS provider to correct the behavior. If you are able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
