Modern Player takes significantly longer to load compared to the Classic Player

We have observed an increased loading time when using the Modern Player in Articulate Storyline within SuccessFactors LMS. The Modern Player takes significantly longer to load compared to the Classic Player.

This delay could affect the user experience and potentially impact engagement with the eLearning content.

    Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. 

    Have you tried testing your course in a different LMS to see if it is LMS-specific? Here's how you can test in SCORM Cloud, a great environment for testing LMS issues.

    If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
