mouse not displaying accurately in screen recording

Hi,

gosh this is weired - I've never had this happen before but I'm doing a screen recording and the mouse cursor appears as it should when recording but the the video capture shows it in a completely different place! Also, what is the best screen resolution? I have used 1280 x 768 is past but that didn't work well this time.

Any advice much appreciated

    Hello Sara,

    Often times, adjusting the Font Scaling on your display can address this issue.

    As far as the best resolution for Screen Recording . . . I think that can vary from system to system, and project to project.  I personally like for it to match my Slide Canvas - which I have my default set to 1920x1080, which happens to also be my screen size, so I like those results.
