MP4 Player controls all appearing as rectangles
Hello! When we load the Rise content onto our servers, we're suddenly looking at a bunch of rectangles instead of the traditional player controls. Does anyone know how to resolve?

This could be an issue with the network or computer you are using. Is there a chance you can view your Rise content from a different computer or network?
You can also try uploading your course to a different web server and see if the behavior appears there as well. You can also try clearing your browser cache, then restarting your browser to see if it helps.
