Multiple Choice- How to Have it Not Display Answer

I am creating a quick interactive in Rise 360 and do not want users to see the correct answer when they submit incorrect responses. How can I have it not show whether the other options are correct/incorrect? Or if that is not possible, how can I disable the "Take Again" as there's no point in multiple attempts once they know the correct answer.

    Thanks for reaching out. 

    You can do this by creating a Quiz Lesson within Rise 360 and adjusting the settings so that you have Hide All Answers selected.
