In Marcela's case, the issue was resolved by correcting problems with variable references. We'll need to take a look at your colleague's Storyline 360 project to determine if they are experiencing the same behavior. Please have them share a copy of their project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can check how their Results Slides are configured. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
