My Storyline 360 course is not loading the course from the Intro Page
I have a course that has several Jeopardy Games within it. My opening slide allows users to choose a Business Unit and it then takes them to their game. There are 10 questions per game. I published the course to my companies DEV server and it worked fine. Then it was sent to production to go live. When we tested it and the course skipped the opening slide and just opens one of the games. Does anyone know or had this problem before. If so what is the solution? I first published it at 1.2 SCORM and now am trying 2004.

- Are you publishing for LMS when testing the course on the DEV server and in the LMS?
- Have you tried testing this in SCORM Cloud to check if you see different behavior? If you see different behavior, you'll want to reach out to your LMS to get clarification.
