Sorry to hear you've run into this setback when publishing your Storyline course to Review!
After recreating a similar slide design in the current version of Storyline 360, and publishing to Review 360, I did not observe the edge lines you shared in your screenshot. It would be helpful to take a closer look at the .story file that's been giving you trouble. Do you mind uploading a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case?
We'll delete it from our system as soon as troubleshooting is complete!
