New Folder View in Rise 360
Hi if i move courses into a folder in a view under Private I don't seem able to move them back into All content. If i delete the folder in the private view will this delete the courses in it or is this just a view and the courses still exist in the All content area?
Hi Jacqueline,
Happy to chime in!
The 'All Content' view should display all of the courses that you have access to, so this should include the course that you moved to the private folder.
Deleting a folder will delete the folder as well as the contents inside of it, so please keep this in mind before deleting any of your folders. You can move a file back to the root folder by clicking on 'Move' and selecting the folder where you want to move the file to:
In this example, I am moving a course back to the 'Private' root folder.
And I can confirm that I was able to still see the 'Test' course in the 'All Contents' view of my dashboard after moving the course around. Can I ask if you are experiencing something different?

Hi Jacqueline,
You'll need to select "Remove Shortcut" if you're planning on removing a shortcut from your dashboard. Selecting "Delete" will delete the course and send it to the "Deleted" folder.
Also, your contact information came through as well. This Peek video will show you how to edit it out if you’d like!
