Why is NEXT button not visible in the attached file?

In the Player switch to the modern player. That will give you your standard next button

It looks like you have a transparent color scheme for the classic player, which is why you can't see the buttons. Steve's suggestion above will work, but if you'd prefer keeping the classic player, you can choose a different color scheme:
