Pass/Fail Displays as Complete in LMS

I’m pretty sure this is an LMS setting. So that would be handled in your LMS configuration for the course. In one recent example for us (we’re currently using SuccessFactors) we had to reduce the passing score for a course because a couple of users had repeatedly failed (they eventually did pass) and the system was getting hung up or something. So it should be something you’d configure in SumTotal.
