percentage error - Improbable scores

Hello,

I have an issue with the progress tracking on a client's LMS module. The LMS is displaying improbable scores (4000% success rate). (See attachements)

The module is configured in a standard way:

  • The module is considered passed when the learner has passed the final quiz.
  • The final quiz is passed when the learner has 80% correct answers.
  • The questions in the final quiz are randomly generated.

I have attached the export parameters used.

Has anyone encountered this issue before?
