Pick One
I am fairly new to Storyline and self taught, I am having issue with Pick One and it not wanting to move to the next slide. I have three radio buttons and leaner just needs to choose 1 radio button in order to move forward however it keeps saying "Invalid Answer - You must complete the question before submitting - OK". I have tried clicking each radio button and keep getting same result. Am I missing a trigger?

Hey Erin, these triggers look good to me. Those radio buttons -- are they set up using the built-in Pick One placeholders or were they added manually (via Insert > Input > Radio Button)? If the latter, the radio buttons wouldn't be recognized by the interaction.
If you created the Pick One by adding the radio buttons then selecting "Convert to Freeform", you would need to add the radio buttons to the interaction in Form View (top of right-hand pane).

Switch to Form View and ensure that the choice selection is not empty. Select one choice as the correct answer.

"Maybe I chose the wrong thing but there is not a correct answer, the learner is just choosing one item so that the correct path is chosen to complete the course. I followed example/triggers from first slide where learner chooses one and it works."
erinjones-fa967 : A graded question (standard or Freeform) is programmed to check the designated buttons and score the slide based on what is selected. It requires that some button is "correct."
As a workaround, you could do this:
Change the question to provide Feedback by Choice.
That will automatically create a layer to provide the appropriate feedback for the corresponding response. You can apply different layouts to those layers and edit the content as desired. (For example, delete the messages about the answer being correct or incorrect.)
Also, if you click the MORE... button, you can adjust where each layer's CONTINUE button will go. You could set that to branch to the appropriate slide.
However, there are other ways to make a course branch. This post has a file that demonstrations and explains how to do that: TIP: Let the user choose their path | Articulate - Community

Just adding: you're right Erin, Pick One questions do not have a correct answer. What I, and I'm pretty sure Nedim, are referring to is the area when you select the Form View button:
When you select that, you'll see like a "backend" area of the question. In that area, you'll need to make sure your choices are there. Adding them there will make them part of the interaction and allow the learner to choose and submit them:

Yes, I was referring to that area. I believe that Pick One interactions should have a correct answer, even though you are not required to select one in Form View. However, this wouldn’t make sense because Storyline expects at least one object to be in the selected state to validate the answer upon submission and allow progression. If no objects are selected in Form View or no correct choice is marked, the "Invalid Answer" message will appear.
As we move forward, I realized that Erin may not need this type of interaction at all if validation isn’t required—just the ability to move forward by clicking the "Agree" object while the radio buttons update variables based on their selection. A simple slide with three buttons in a button set and an "Agree" object would do the trick, as long as the "Agree" object remains unclickable until a button is selected.
