play head doesnt work and storyline crash
good morning Staff,
since yesterday i can't use the playhead because it is blocked, i.e. when i click play it stays still and i hear the audio, this happens on every .story source file i open. In addition, while using storyline it crashes sending me the messages that I attach, in this way it becomes very difficult to work, any suggestions?
In addition to what I have reported on the pleay head, when I upload a video in MP4 format (i.e. a compatible format) Storyline crashes and does not allow me on that slide to have a preview.
I need asap to solve these two problems that I mentioned, at the moment the project on which I am involved is suffering a big delay because of the problems that I have exposed can you contact me as soon as you can?
