Player buttons overlapping
Has anybody experienced overlapping back/next buttons on the player when reviewing content through Articulate Review?
We have a user who has been testing our course and using Edge they are seeing the attached image when trying to navigate the course.
My team have tested on Chrome, Edge and Firefox and can't replicate this issue. Wondering if anybody could shed some light on why this may be happening?

Hi Andrew!
Do you know if the user has zoomed in on the course? If so, this could result in the Player buttons overlapping or becoming misaligned.

Have experienced this bug lately too. Any updates or fixes?

Hello Karon,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. Can I ask if you were able to test your course in a different LMS like SCORM Cloud to diagnose if the behavior is specific to your LMS? I'll be happy to confirm if this is the case for your course. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!

FYI. We have some clients that are having the same issue using Edge. PREV and NEXT buttons are overlapping, however I am using Edge and do not see the issue. Might be an Edge version issue.

Me and my team members experience this issue all the time in Articulate Review, but not in our LMS (Zensai). Articulate has not identified a cause/solution so I am chalking this up to a browser issue. We use Microsoft Edge (Chromium). There seems to be several issues between Edge & Articulate that do not have fixes as of now. Audio clips restarting after pausing the timeline is another one that we experience often. That one happens both in Review and in our LMS.
Hello JakeMcDonnell-5,
Sorry to hear about your experience with audio and when viewing content in Review 360. I'd like to ask a few questions to clarify your experience:
- What is the scale setting of the monitors used when viewing the published content?
- Is your Microsoft Edge browser and Windows OS up-to-date?
- Is the audio issue happening to all of your audio files?
Also, would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
