Player Changes Not Saving
Any changes I make in the Player (selecting Menu, adding a Logo, changing colors) are not saving when click OK and exit out. I also found out my audio attachments are not being saved either (after updating 20 slides). I'm making the changes in Presenter 360 version 827.25041.0. I've been an Articulate user for over 3 years and have successfully created hundreds of presentations without running into these issues. Since experiencing this issue, I've reinstalled on numerous occasions, even going back to an older release, but did not solve the issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you're facing this, and we're happy to help out!
- Any chance you're working from a network or external drive? Those are known to cause trouble, so we always recommend working from your local C: drive.
If you're already working locally and can share your file, I'd recommend connecting with one of our support engineers here to help investigate as a next step!
