Poor Video Quality when Publishing a Storyline Interaction as a Rise Block

Hi Heroes!!!

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I developed a tabbed interaction in Storyline, which includes a short 1-min video on one of the tabs. It looks GREAT in Storyline, but when I publish it to Rise the video quality is VERY poor - especially when you try to view it full screen.  What am I missing? Is there a setting in Storyline that manages the video quality when you publish?

    Nevermind - I resolved this! For others who may encounter this same issue, try this:

    1. Open your Storyline project
    2. Select the affected video
    3. Navigate to the VIDEO TOOLS > OPTIONS tab
    4. Select the None option from the Compression: drop-down menu
    5. Republish and test
