Post test -make non random

The course I am developing requires that the questions remain in a certain order. I see where I can un-check Draw questions randomly. However, the "include in shuffle" did not change and shows Randomly. I am also aware of the Lock Question. Which is the best/correct/easiest to use? The test is based on process steps that need to occur in order, so all are needed.
