Thanks for asking about this! I have a couple of follow-up questions for you.
- Are you possibly working with the Office 365 version of PowerPoint? The Studio 360 apps don't work with Office 365.
- Is your desktop folder synced with OneDrive or any other could based backup service? If it is Presenter still sees it as an online presentation.
