Problème de son avec une vidéo

Bonjour 🙂

Merci beaucoup

  • Hello Cyrilou

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you have a video you've included in your Storyline project. However, you are experiencing a difference in volume when viewing it in Review 360 and watching the isolated video on your computer. Is that correct?

I tested this on my end and could not hear a change in the video audio volume when viewing videos in Review 360 when in Chrome and Edge.

    • What browser are you using to view your courses in Review 360? Do you notice any difference if you try viewing in a different browser?
    • Do you experience this change in volume with any other publishing options
    • Are you working with the latest version of Storyline 360? We just released Update 97 last week.
    • Do you experience this with any other projects you're currently working on? I'm curious if this behavior is isolated to this specific video file.

It would be helpful to take a closer look at your video file and .story file. Feel free to share your files in this thread or privately in a support case

Looking forward to hearing from you!

Thank you for your feedback. I'm using the latest version of storyline. The problem persists with Google chrome or edge. I have other videos in my storyline project but I have no sound problems with these other videos. I'll send you the file I'm having trouble with.

        Hello Cyrilou

Thanks for sending along your video file! I appreciate you sharing that this is only occurring with this specific video file when viewing your project in Chrome and Edge.

When testing your file, I was able to maintain the original audio quality of the video by turning off video compression. Here's how:

        1. Select the Video: Click on the video placeholder in your Storyline 360 project.
        2. Go to the Options Tab: Navigate to the Options tab on the Storyline ribbon.
        3. Adjust Compression Settings: Click the Compression drop-down list.
        4. Choose None: Select None to turn off compression for your MP4 video. This will ensure that your video maintains its original quality.

I'd like to walk you through my experience testing and modifying the video properties for your reference.

I hope this helps! If you are still having trouble with the video volume, I'd be happy to take a closer look at your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case

Looking forward to hearing from you!
