Problem deleting or adding content to a lesson

Hi, folks-- having a problem with a Rise course. One module seems to be glitching; I can neither delete it nor add content to it. 

Here's what happens when I attempt to add content--"something went wrong," with no changes after refresh:

 

Here's what happens when I attempt to delete the lesson--it just "processes," with no action:

    Ah, nevermind. After waiting a few days, the problem resolved itself. I still don't know what the problem was, but the course is working fine and editable.
