Project preview not working
I keep trying to preview my project and I just get an error message. " We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close." I've been having similar problems for a couple of days, where I'd get an error message, close the window, and try again & then have the ability to preview a slide or sceen. Now I am unable to preview anything regardless the number of attempts. I ran an update a few days ago. Is this related to the update or something else??

Hi there, try uninstalling, reboot your PC and then install the storyline software. See if you're able to overcome this issue.

I am having the same issue. I followed your suggestions but it is still happening.
