published files wont load and play.
to be clear
- your team cannot start your "Published to Web" course in the browser (Chrome ? Edge ? Firefox) from your webserver
- your team can start the "Published to Review 360" course on "https://360.articulate.com/review"

Yes Chrome.
I understand we can use review 360 and we have been. The part that I might not have communicated clearly is at this point nobody including me can open the file.- JoseTansengco2 years agoStaff

Can you walk us through how you're sharing your published content to your colleagues, and how are they opening the course on their browsers? This will help us get a better idea of what's happening.

We generally just publish to Review most of the time, but sometimes we don’t. So, I save my project files to my C drive while I’m developing the course. When I need to share with someone else, I save to our shared network drive for them to access. The team is aware that they always need to drag the file to their desktop before opening, and they know never to publish to the network drive. I publish from my desktop and drag those files to our shared drive for keeping. I am generally the only one who publishes the files.
