We need to give a translation company access to a question bank on a Rise course created by our company. Our company has an Articulate "team" account and their company has an Articulate "team" account. We can't seem to allow permissions so that someone from their "team" can see and translate the bank on our "team." How can we allow access so that they can proceed with translation?

As noted in this article, you'll need to be on the same team to share a question bank. The ability to share this with other teams is a feature we have requested from our Rise engineering team. We don't have an update yet on this but I will post here as soon as we hear more from our team about this sharing option for question banks with other teams.

Does the quiz still work when the partner opens the course in their Rise account? Or does sharing break the questions that are drawn from the bank? 🤔

Hi Tiina,
The quiz questions will still work when your partner previews the course. They won't be able to edit the quiz as the edit button will be grayed out.
