Question bank with pooling question

Hi all,
          I am new for storyline 360 i am doing practice on that tool, but i dont understand how i do this :
Assessment with pooling of 5 questions out of 10. Question 1 and 7 should appear in all the pools.
Please help me as soon as possible.
